Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Swoon Roadshow Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Current and past employees, officers and directors of Sponsor (defined below) and Administrator (defined below) and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside of Texas and wherever else prohibited by law. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Optivate Agency Inc., 4403 Oleander Drive Suite 251, Wilmington, NC 28403.

4. Timing

The Promotion begins on April 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) and ends on April 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. Visit https://SwoonSweeptakes.com (the “Website”) and follow directions to enter this Promotion. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required information on the online entry form to be eligible, including, name, state, email, and phone in order to be entered into the drawing. Incomplete entries are void. Entrant must come back each day of the Promotion to complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry per twenty-four (24) hours.

2. QR CODE: Entrants may also enter via the QR code found on Sponsor branded advertising materials. Entrant will scan the QR code using a web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader app (free to download) to be directed to the Website where you would follow the directions above to enter.

Bonus Entries (with Qualifying Purchase): Entrants who purchase any Swoon 4-pack product, including any combination or “mix and match” of the following flavors: Pink Lemonade, Peach Iced Tea, Swoon Half & Half Lemonade Tea, and Swoon Berry Lemonade, during the Promotion Period and upload a valid receipt through the Website in accordance with the instructions provided will receive five (5) additional entries per qualifying receipt. Receipt must clearly show the purchase of a qualifying Swoon product, retailer name, and date of purchase within the Promotion Period. Illegible, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent receipts will be void.

Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per twenty-four (24) hours via the online entry methods described above. Bonus entries earned through qualifying Swoon purchases are in addition to the daily entry limit. Entrants may only use one (1) email address. Additional entries by the same person via multiple email addresses will be void and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of bonus entries per person in its sole discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, social media accounts, identities or registrations, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar entry methods or agents to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. Winning/Odds

On or about April 14, 2026, three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entrants. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential prize winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

7. Prize Notification

Potential prize winners will be notified via email on or about five (5) days following the Promotion end date (the “Notification”). If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Notification, if they are otherwise ineligible as determined by the Sponsor or the Administrator in their sole discretion, or if they refuse to accept the prize, then such potential prize winner forfeits their right to the prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion.

9. Grand Prize

There will be three (3) Grand Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a $500 Sponsor-specified Gift Card (“Grand Prize”). Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $1,500. Grand Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. No substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household.

Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, suitability, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners assume all risk associated with the receipt, possession, or use of a prize, including any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use, misuse, attempted use, or possession of the prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, functionality, quality, or value of the prize. Grand Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any fees associated with the prize.

10. Release

In exchange for the right to participate in the Promotion, prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the prize winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the prize winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, quotes, statements, opinions, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereinafter invented, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

14. Disputes

THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion and/or accepting an awarded prize, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., evidenced costs associated with entering this Promotion), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Winner List

For the names of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Swoon Roadshow Sweepstakes, Optivate Agency Inc., 4403 Oleander Drive, Suite 251, Wilmington, NC 28403. All requests must be postmarked by May 15, 2026. The prize winners' first name, last initial, city, and state will be published in the winner's list. Requests will be fulfilled after all prize winners are verified.
